In order to receive exclusive offerings in the private domain, you must first agree to the affirmation below.
PRIVATE MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT
By joining Don’t Slap Snooze™, I agree that:
I enter as a man or woman, under my own free will.
I enter with the intent to laugh and learn.
I do not enter with the intent to entrap or investigate any mission of enforcement, at any level of government. I understand that this will be considered trespass by way of barratry and that I will become immediately liable to pay compensation (in the amount of $300,000 in gold or silver, plus a 1971 “Pistol” Pete Maravich rookie card).
I understand that the club’s offerings are for entertainment purposes only.
I understand that any offering I receive is a gift for my donation in the private.
I attest that I shall not share, copy, reproduce, or sell any of the property offered by the club, without first obtaining the express written consent of Michael Cardamone, the man who created it.
I understand that any digital or physical property offered by the club is offered to me on my acceptance of this private contract, as well as other notices posted on this website.
I declare that I’ve read, understand, and agree to the terms of this PRIVATE MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT.
